When looking to rent or buy a luxury property, we will work closely with you to remove the stress of having to contact different agents to arrange viewings. We streamline your process by scanning the market for you as we have direct access to the market via our up to date current database and so have an overview of available properties that match your requirements at our fingertips. In some cases, we also have access to off-market properties via our established network, so you can secure your preferred new home before it reaches the market. Once the brief is understood following an appraisal, we will commence our search and present you with a shortlist of potential properties matching your requirements. We will then arrange viewing appointments and accompany you to your selected properties at a suitable time in one of our luxury vehicles.
Completion & Aftercare
Once you have found your desired property, we will liaise with the property agents to negotiate the most advantageous terms, deploying our in-depth market knowledge and real time price assessment. We work closely with you during the contract and document gathering phase and we will oversee both check in and check out inventories. Upon moving in, we will ensure everything in the property works as it should and meets your expectations. Together, should the need arise, we compile a snagging list and follow up with the landlord or their agent to ensure its timely implementation, taking one more worry away from you. This service, combined with our Property Management solutions, will provide you with a complete, one stop shop stress free experience.
