We were asked to coordinate a pickup for a client from his London home, his most precious 6-year-old son who was to join him on a ski weekend. One of the family’s regular and trusted Chauffeurs picked up the boy from their home and transferred him to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 along with luggage and ski equipment for their impending trip together. His father was due to land, returning from a business trip in Singapore to catch a very tight connecting flight to Geneva. We engaged a VIP Meet & Assist greeter to firstly meet and accompany the father through passport control and collect his luggage to bring out to the waiting Chauffeur and his son who were already at the check-in desk for the handover. The greeter then accompanied them both through to the departure gate at maximum speed to catch their next flight.
Mission Accomplished
We were proud to have been able to coordinate this request for our client. With the assistance of our trusted meet & assist partner at Heathrow, the young man was safely handed over to his dad along with his luggage while the suitcases from the father’s business trip were returned to the family home by the waiting Coralia Chauffeur. Since time was of the essence, the greeter’s guidance was of great benefit, and allowed father and son to commence their trip with joy, without feeling rushed or stressed. A perfectly coordinated assignment, the client was delighted having entrusted us to manage this delicate task and very much appreciated our ability to handle this request for him and his son! On this occasion, we also had a car waiting for them at Geneva Airport (CH) to drive them to Verbier for their Ski Weekend.
We fully trust them to complete all jobs to a high standard so much that Coralia is also used for personal work. This includes bookings for children (and the equipment required) and even the collection and delivery of important and/or confidential documents.
