Investors Meeting planned
One of our clients, a renowned International Private Equity firm headquartered in London had organised for a team of 12 investors to have lunch at the renowned Michelin starred restaurant Le Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons in Oxfordshire, following a 7am morning start for Breakfast in Mayfair. Our chauffeur driven cars were assigned to the team, collecting them from their respective homes and hotels and transporting them to Brown’s Hotel. The two resident founders are regular clients and make use of our services weekly and when arranging visits for their business partners and investors. On this occasion our fleet of Range Rovers and Mercedes S Class were requested for this event. This type of flexibility is what we do extremely well and last minute ad hoc changes are quite common and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Best laid plans
Our initial brief was to wait and return the team back to London after lunch. However, whilst waiting, we were asked to extend our service since an additional meeting in the City of London would take place that afternoon, followed by dinner for 14 people as two further guests were expected. We liaised with the Executive Assistants, communicated estimated times of arrival back in London to enable us to confirm feasible times for the meeting. Following our recommendations and assistance, reservations for dinner in a private dining room were made in Mayfair and accordingly a further vehicle was dispatched to collect the additional two passengers to join the group. Coralia was able to adapt and extend the booking for the client making sure everyone was transported back to their respective drop off locations.
