Assignment Background
Our regular client, a busy CEO of a San Francisco based tech firm, was planning a 3-day business trip to London. His Head of Security, who is our counterpart in organising these trips, sent the itinerary ahead of time for us to map out and plan the optimal route sequence for the multiple meetings on each day. The Head of Security generally comes to London 3 days ahead of the principal’s arrival and meets with his designated Coralia chauffeur, who has been assigned to him and the principal for the duration of the trip.
Preparation and Planning
In order to have everything laid out, the Head of Security and the Coralia Chauffeur proceed to go from venue to venue, time the journey duration precisely and make alternative plans for every eventuality. Ahead of the trip, Coralia assisted in the selection of the most suitable hotel, taking into consideration location, requirements and comfort. In addition, we have assisted with restaurant and entertainment options for the Principal’s downtime whilst in London.
Principal on Board
Upon the jet landing at Farnborough Airport, our Chauffeur and the Head of Security were waiting at the door of the Principal’s private jet in our state of the art Range Rover Autobiography Executive, his preferred option in London. Our spacious and stylish Mercedes V Class was also on site to handle additional luggage and crew. With the optimal route for the day confirmed, the convoy first drove to the hotel for the principal to check-in and drop off his luggage and proceeded with the day’s meetings shortly thereafter.
Action Plan Executed
Keeping in constant touch with the security detail, all meetings were attended perfectly on time, allowing the principal to relax between each one, knowing that everything was taken care of. As a special treat during his stay, we organised a dinner at the fine dining Michelin starred restaurant, the renowned Waterside Inn located in Bray. For this trip, we had arranged to switch to the sublime Bentley Mulsanne to deliver the ultimate luxury experience for that evening.
